It's the LITTLE things that matter most like . . . a GOOD re-sale store. Some of my favorite wardrobe pieces have come from these true gem establishments.
It's the LITTLE things that matter most like . . . showing the boys how Mama's hair looks like the guys from "Party Rock Anthem" :-D! Even they had to agree.
It's the little things that matter most like . . . attending the NAIAS Charity Preview. My 1st (2012) I had been wanting to go for the past 3 years. Thanks "boss" for making it happen you're a real gem ;-).
It's the little things that matter most like . . . family coming together. It had been 8+ years since ours came together for Christmas. Thanks Ree and Ron for making it happen. Boys & I had a blast ;-D!
It's the little things that matter most like . . . a card made from the heart. This one came from "Addison" who decided to spend her entire in-door recess making Miss. Lisa a "get well card." Almost brought tears to my eyes b/c she's typically a bit self-absorbed (lol). She's the red-head to the left, and I'm the "afro" to the right (lol).
It's the little things that matter most like . . . Coloring! Again something I hadn't done in years but thanks to subbing in the Rochester's District school age care (SAC) program I was able to "escape" for moments @ a time doing something we most loved as a child :-D!
Its the little things that matter most like . . . A healthy lifestyle :-). Just one of my favorite summer-time salads. As you can tell from this pic I'm waaaay overdue on blogging . . .
Of course you're familiar with the saying, "Don't sweat the small things." Well here's your opportunity to share the POSITIVE LITTLE things that make your life worth living.
I am a mom-preneur who absolutely loves spending quality time w/family and friends. I am an introvert by nature but w/a background in Communication Arts, I can easily behave as an extrovert. I enjoy helping people bring order to their lives by developing organization that works best for them or assisting them with this process. I am very task-oriented but I truly enjoy investing quality w/family and friends. I am a volunteer, a giver/philanthropist. My late husband and I began a non-profit over 7 years ago designed to assist families financially who have lost their primary breadwinner's income due to terminal or catostrophic disease. I am currently the helm of my son's entrepreneurial venture in which we develop and market acronym-themed tee-shirts. Our latest the Mother/Mama Tee. I have a simple name to remember and I truly enjoy the simple things in life.
